At Herbalife, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your new apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all Herbalife tags still attached to ensure the return is accepted by our quality team.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
